It’s time to talk about the glue that keeps the office together - Ruth. Ruth has been handling both the operations and the office across 3 different roles in the 12-years she’s worked with Gary.
Before our rebrand into Flourish, Ruth’s passion lay in improving our communications with clients and stakeholders, and that hasn’t changed. She’s notably worked closely with local councils, LEPs, and the European Regional Development Fund – delivering reports on our behalf.
Now Ruth runs her own virtual assistant business alongside managing the admin at Flourish. With the office safely tucked in her capable hands, both Leanne and Gary are free to pour all their time and energy into what they do best. Coaching and advising you.

Say hello to our Founder. A born and bred Liverpudlian, Gary has 35+ years of impressive corporate experience to share. He’s held board roles for major brands across business development, operations, purchasing, and marketing.
Leanne
Now meet our People Development Manager, Leanne! After finishing her studies in Liverpool John Moores University, she now specialises in behaviour profiling. This includes holding DiSC assessments for clients too.
