Four Workshops developed to guide busy individuals in the critical early stages of turning their dream of running their own successful business into a reality. The workshops are designed so that a clear vision for the business evolves naturally and that vision is supported by plenty of practical advice on all areas to implement sustainable, profitable growth. In order to achieve sustainable growth it is important that the business does not grow at the expense of the owner but in conjunction with their personal development. In this way both the business and the individuals within it will Flourish. There are four half-day workshops in the programme. The outputs of each of the workshops are as follows:

Through the workshops you’ll receive interesting, relevant and most importantly, practical advice to help you make the most of your business. Our aim is to help you be confident that you’re making the right decisions, all the while planning for the future, so that you can turn your dream of owning your very own business into a reality.

As part of the workshop experience, you’ll be encouraged to develop a strategic growth plan to help you achieve your goals. This will ensure that you can take the theory you’ve learned and put it to work right away. You will also be guided through the maze of starting or growing a young business so that you can identify and prioritise the important things. You will have expert help providing practical help that is tailored to your needs so that you can quickly see tangible results.

These early stages can be fraught and it’s good to know that you are focussing on the right things from Sales and Marketing through to delivering your product or service, not to mention the less glamorous but critical tasks of making sure that you make a profit and your customers pay on time. All this while making sure that you are doing things the right way to protect, you, your team, your business and all it’s customers. That’s a lot to think about and you need to know that you are competent in all areas and excellent in a few.
